It is with great sadness that I must announce that Solang’e went over the rainbow bridge on Feb 21st. She was mauled by our 10 month old Bernese Mountain dog. She fought for her life for 2 days in the EVCC of Mishawaka. But it was not to be. Rocky was here for 6 months. We never saw any signs. I don’t believe he meant to hurt her. He was 120 lb very strong pup. He is no longer with us and has found a new home with no cats or small critters. We are keeping two of Solange’s kittens to carry on her legacy. Stay tuned for a future announcement of the new future king, Mateo, and future queen, Colette! I am so thankful to God that her kittens were 7 weeks old when her life was snuffed out. They are beautiful healthy and happy kittens!
